4Real Creative were commissioned to produce photorealistic visuals for an interior design project of a privately owned home managed by our undisclosed client.

This finished Grade II listed home incorporated a basement leisure area, multi-level rear extension together with a complete refurbishment of the existing house. The interiors throughout the property combine traditional and contemporary styles, retaining its features alongside clean modern lines and state of the art facilities.

This amazing project you see was designed by our undisclosed client, we recieved a detailed brief with design development concept sketches to mood board images breaking down all the detailing through to bespoke furniture, materials/finishes and lighting. The Architect design team monitored the whole creative process from start to finish and as a result, they got high quality photorealistic images for there one to one client presentation.

The Interior design of the house combines bespoke cabinetry and traditional detailed wall panelling with several luxury features which had to be picked up from the detailed drawings, the CGI’s were completed on a very short timescale matching the specific designs of the client.

 

Not only were the owners of the property very impressed by the interior design ideas that were effectively portrayed in the final visuals this then allowed the project to get approved to move onto the next stage by getting the green light to move onto phase B the development build.

4Real Creative found this an exciting opportunity and a great challenge due to the high-end look and feel but bringing the core values of the client’s needs by making sure we captured all the detailing and finishes appropriately to the meet the design programme and brief.  This project was a successful collaboration of creative design by our client and interior 3D visualisation by 4Real Creative. The success of this project was possible thanks to the professionalism and the understanding between lead designer and our very own CGI team.
